This is a process blog for Mayu Kanamori‘s new performance work.
I don’t have a title nor a working title yet.
For those who I have had a chance to talk about this project with, I’ve been referring it to as the ‘ 3 women’, the ‘butterfly project’, ‘project about Japanese women in Australia’ or ‘about Okin’. I intend it to be a love story.
A process blog is a place where I journal the process of creation, and it is also where I can record those important moments and thoughts that do not actually remain in the performance itself.
